After I place an order, how long will it take to get a delivery?
Usually, within 12 to 48 hours.

Can I order items that are not on the price list?
Yes. Phil’s has access to all food items, fresh and frozen... If you need that special item (like caviar, etc.) just let us know.

Where is Phil’s located?
Phil’s no longer has a store front location. Our food is picked up daily, placed on our delivery truck, and then delivered to your home.

Is there a contract to sign?
There are no contracts to sign.

When are deliveries made?
Phil’s delivers at your convenience. We want to accommodate your busy schedule, so if you need an early morning delivery or an after dinner delivery, Phil’s will be there.

What is Phil’s Freezer Deal?
If you purchase 15 boxes of food at one time, Phil’s will give you a brand new freezer, at no cost. This freezer is yours to keep, no matter how many boxes of goods you purchase in the future.

What if I purchase an item and I want to return it?
Phil’s will exchange any item with which you are unhappy. We don’t want food just sitting in the freezer, taking up the space of food you would enjoy and use. Just tell us and will take care of it with a smile.

What is the shelf life of Phil’s products?
Phil products are guaranteed for 12 months after your purchase. The technology for freezing these products is so good now, that they could actually last even longer.

Where does your beef come from?
Phil’s beef is raised on a small ranch in the Amish country of Pennsylvania.

Is Phil’s beef anti-biotic and hormone free?
Phil’s beef is aged from 14 to 30 days, and it is not injected with hormones. At birth, the cattle are injected with anti-biotics as a preventative measure against disease. They are then grass fed to maturity.

What is meant by the term “Sashimi Grade Fish”?
Phil’s fish is labeled Sashimi Grade Quality. This grade qualifies as the highest level of freshness for fish. To reach this level, the fish is caught on the boat, cleaned and filleted on the boat, and then vacuum packed and tunnel frozen to insure freshness.

What is tunnel freezing?
Phil’s products are tunnel frozen and vacuum packed. The portion-controlled package is vacuum packed, and then placed on a conveyor belt. This belt takes the product through a tunnel of frozen, blowing air (over 50 degrees below zero). The package is frozen within seconds, sealing in the moisture and flavor. When the product is defrosted, it’s just like eating it fresh.
